Job Responsibilities:
A customer care executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers. They handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance, and provide solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers in English & Hindi, understand their needs and preferences, and develop positive relationships with them.

Handling customer inquiries: The primary responsibility is to handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have. This involves answering customer queries, addressing concerns and complaints, and providing appropriate solutions.

Providing product and service information: Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. They should be knowledgeable about the company's offerings and explain the features and benefits of each product.

Assisting with sales: Should be able to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell and be comfortable handling sales inquiries.

Processing orders and returns: Process orders and returns for customers. This includes verifying order details, processing payments, and arranging product returns or exchanges.

Maintaining customer records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including contact details, inquiries, and complaints. Should be able to access and update customer records as needed.

Resolving customer complaints: Executive should be skilled at resolving customer complaints and conflicts. They should be able to empathize with customers and provide timely and effective solutions to their problems.

Collaborating with other teams: Collaborate with other teams within the company, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer needs are met and that feedback is incorporated into product and service offerings.

Providing feedback: Provide feedback to management about customer concerns and issues. This can help the company identify areas for improvement and make necessary changes to its products and services.

Qualification Needed:
Fluency in English & Hindi

Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for a customer care executive role. The ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with customers and team members is crucial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
