**Role description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Programming Proficiency**: Expertise in either **Java or Python**, with the ability to write efficient, maintainable test scripts.
- **Test Automation Frameworks**: Experience building an **API automation framework** from scratch, preferably using the **Karate framework**.
- **CI/CD Integration**: Hands-on experience with to create and optimize pipelines for running automated tests.
- **Performance Testing**: Conducting load and performance testing using **Gatling**.
- **Containerization & Deployment**: Familiarity with **Docker and Kubernetes** to set up scalable and robust test environments.
