Job Description: Music, Chess, and Arts & Craft Instructor

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop lesson plans and curriculum for music, chess, and arts & craft classes, tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
- Teach fundamental principles, techniques, and strategies in music, chess, and various arts and crafts disciplines.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Organize and lead individual and group activities, workshops, and projects to enhance participants' skills and knowledge.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their abilities and reach their goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to coordinate schedules, resources, and special events related to music, chess, and arts & crafts programs.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during classes and activities, adhering to relevant guidelines and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to keep them informed about program updates, student progress, and upcoming events.
- Stay informed about current trends, developments, and best practices in music education, chess instruction, and arts & crafts instruction.
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract new participants and promote the benefits of music, chess, and arts & crafts education.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in music, fine arts, education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong background and proficiency in music theory, instrumental/vocal performance, chess strategy, and various arts and crafts techniques.
- Previous experience teaching music, chess, or arts & crafts to individuals or groups of varying ages and abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and creative approach to teaching and working with students.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs and interests of diverse learners.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Knowledge of relevant safety guidelines and procedures for conducting activities with children and youth.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
