**Job Requirements
***Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Delivery teams and drive governance mechanism to improve Operations efficiency for an Vertical/VBU
- Be a delivery business partner and enable delivery teams by resolving their problems
- Establish a good relationship with the delivery team and drive actions
- Support and produce Operations Controller book for an Vertical/VBU/SAG
- Analysis of critical parameters influencing the profitability enhancements for a Vertical/VBU/SAG
- Prepare and circulate the weekly reports on Operations parameters to Delivery Leadership
- Support on any Adhoc activities for Department and Leadership
- Performing Adhoc analyses for supporting key strategic / business decisions
- Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports
- Supporting special projects which are part of key organisational initiatives
- Collaborating with different cross functional teams to achieve the objective
- Achieve department goals and establish its activities in Verticals
**Work Experience
**- 8 to 10 Years’ experience in financial and project data analysis and business reporting
- Good understanding about Quest processes, project management, delivery operations etc..
- Exposure in handling Cross functional teams
- Should be good team player and work closely with the Delivery Stakeholders
- Good in Excel and Power Point presentations
- Quick learner
- Attention to detail
- Good Communication skills
- Advanced Excel, experience in automation, VBA is an added advantage.
- Experience in creation of Automated dashboards using Power BI will be added advantage
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, both working alone and as part of a team. Analyse, find root cause and solve the problem.
- Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment with a willingness to try new things and possesses excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Passion for numbers, being comfortable working with large data
- Improvement mind set: proactive in developing ideas to improve processes/solve problems
**Basic Qualifications**
- Degree holder in Engineering, MBA will be added advantage
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant professional experience or in Quest
**Tools Skills**
- Advanced Excel (VBA is an advantage)
- Power BI
- Data Analytics skills
