Set up and operate VMC machines as required to validate and prove programs.
Perform first-piece inspection and make adjustments to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Maintain machine efficiency by optimizing tool paths and cycle times.
Troubleshoot machining problems and correct issues related to programming or tooling.
Collaborate with engineers, quality inspectors, and machine operators.
Maintain documentation related to programs, setup sheets, and tooling lists.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of G-code/M-code.
Experience with CAM software (Mastercam, SolidCAM, etc.).
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Understanding of machining processes, materials, and cutting tools.
Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
