- Lead and manage a team of detailers, modelers, checkers, and design engineers, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination among team members.
- Work closely with the department head to develop and implement strategic goals, objectives, and work plans for the Steel Detailing and Structural Design vertical.
- Establish and maintain efficient and effective teams by assigning roles and responsibilities, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, ensuring their continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with senior team members and the department head to develop and refine streamlined processes, methodologies, and best practices within the department.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
