**Job Purpose**

To operate and maintain the hammer mill machinery to ensure efficient and continuous production of quality products while adhering to safety and operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Machine Operation**:

- Operate the hammer mill to grind raw materials as per production requirements.
- Ensure accurate setup and adjustments to achieve desired product specifications (particle size, texture, etc.).
- **Monitoring and Maintenance**:

- Perform routine pre-operation and post-operation checks of the equipment.
- Monitor machinery during operation for performance and detect any anomalies or issues.
- Clean and maintain the hammer mill and related equipment to prevent downtime and ensure longevity.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Check the quality of the output material to ensure it meets the required specifications.
- Record and report any deviations in raw material quality or output quality.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Ensure the working area is clean and free of hazards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain logs of daily operations, including output quantities, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
- Submit reports to the production supervisor/manager as required.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge of hammer mill operations and safety practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
