Ot Aide

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preparation of Operating Theatre**:

- Assist in setting up the OT with required equipment and supplies before surgeries.
- Ensure proper sterilization and cleanliness of the OT.
- **Support During Procedures**:

- Provide logístical support by delivering requested equipment or materials.
- Assist in the safe transportation of patients to and from the OT.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Clean, store, and arrange surgical instruments and equipment post-surgery.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment to the OT Coordinator.
- **Stock and Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and replenish stock of surgical consumables (e.g., gloves, masks, gowns).
- Maintain inventory records and notify the supervisor of shortages.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Follow infection control protocols and hospital policies.
- Dispose of medical waste according to guidelines.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with nurses, technicians, and other OT staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in transferring patient files or documents related to surgeries.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Certification in OT assistance or related field.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in a hospital or surgical environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of basic medical and OT terminologies.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle equipment.
- Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene protocols.

Pay: ₹12,039.53 - ₹25,000.00 per month
