**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, cutting, and styling for both dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary grooming area.
- Assess pets’ coat and skin condition and notify owners of any issues.
- Provide recommendations for grooming schedules and home care maintenance.
- Handle pets with kindness, understanding, and care to minimize stress.
- Maintain grooming equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Communicate professionally with pet owners about grooming services, care instructions, and special requests.
- Follow Tail Waggers' safety protocols and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Dog and Cat Groomer.
- Certification from a recognized grooming school preferred.
- Knowledge of different breed cuts and styles.
- Ability to handle pets of varying temperaments with patience and care.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to groom pets of all sizes.
- Commitment to upholding a positive, safe environment for pets and team members.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience grooming cats (important).
- CPR and pet first aid certification.
- Experience with senior pets or pets with special needs.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
