**In this role, we are looking for an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience and should have led a team size**of ~50**people. Responsible** for ensuring the**accurate** and**timely** completion of financial reporting processes, from transaction recording to the preparation of financial statements. This role involves managing the end-to-end accounting function, compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.**

**Responsibilities**

**Ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards across the organization.**

**Oversee the preparation of journal entries and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring**timely** and**accurate** financial reporting.**

**Generate and review financial statements for legal entities, ensuring overall accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.**

**O**verseeing the management of Oracle Asset Management modules for additions, transfers, sales, and depreciation.**

**Review of balance sheet reconciliations to ensure account accuracy and completeness.**

**Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies for financial reporting and operational efficiency.**

**Mentor and lead the financial accounting team, promoting a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.**

**Qualifications we**seek** in you**

**Minimum Qualifications**

**CA / CMA Qualified (With**B.Com** at Graduation level)**

**Relevant work experience**

**Preferred Qualifications/ Skills**

**Relevant work experience in General Ledger.**

**Good understanding of accounting concepts, processes and key controls, policies,**reporting** and budgeting principles**

**Very good** written and verbal communication skills**

**Proficiency** in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Blackline).**

**Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to balance team and client discussions.**
