Hostel Warden

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the hostel including cleanliness, safety, and food quality.
- Ensure discipline among students and address behavioral or disciplinary issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of hostel occupancy, attendance, and maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure proper hygiene and meal standards.
- Conduct regular rounds and surprise inspections to maintain order.
- Act as the first point of contact for hostel-related grievances or emergencies.
- Maintain cordial relationships with students while enforcing rules and regulations.
- Ensure timely maintenance and repairs of hostel infrastructure and facilities.
- Supervise support staff (cleaners, security, kitchen staff) and monitor their performance.
- Organize orientation programs for new hostel residents.
- Enforce safety and fire protocols; conduct regular drills if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
