**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
- Maintain proper inventory records using ERP or manual systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of stock transactions.
- Coordinate with the procurement and production teams to ensure material availability.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verification.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) and maintain cleanliness and safety in the store.
- Handle inward and outward documentation (GRN, challans, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding store operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for delivery and dispatches.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual stock reconciliation and reporting.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in store operations within a manufacturing setup.
- Familiarity with inventory software like Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Good understanding of stock management principles and store documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and material handling equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with ISO/Lean/5S environment.
- Forklift license or basic knowledge of warehouse machinery (optional).

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
