**1. Prepare Detailed Drawings**:

- Create accurate and detailed architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings using drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Interpret architectural and engineering sketches and specifications to produce comprehensive construction drawings.

**2. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate design elements into construction plans.
- Coordinate with various teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure seamless project execution.

**3. Site Visits and Inspections**:

- Conduct site visits to assess progress and accuracy of construction work in relation to the drawings.
- Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction and make necessary revisions to drawings.

**4. Drafting Standards**:

- Maintain consistency in drafting standards and ensure that all drawings are clear, legible, and organized.
- Develop and adhere to the company's or project-specific drafting guidelines.

**5. Quality Control**:

- Perform quality checks on drawings to identify errors or omissions before submission to construction teams.
- Assist in reviewing and approving shop drawings and submittals from contractors.

**6. Communication**:

- Effectively communicate design intent through drawings and documents to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to clarify design details and address inquiries

**7. Problem-Solving**:

- Identify and resolve design-related issues, offering creative solutions when necessary. - Work with the project team to make modifications and adjustments to drawings as required.

**8. Time Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines for the delivery of drafting work. - Prioritize tasks based on project schedules and urgency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Design & Drafting: 2 years (preferred)
