**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Preparation of various MIS on Distribution, Business, Projection, Dashboards, Analysis, Contest Interfacing with Accounts Department to resolve any accounting issues / discrepancies in Accounts of department.
- Preparing bank reconciliation and resolving the pending entries. Processing & payments bills related to PL department. And any other operational assistance that require attention.
- Ownership of complete MIS at the backend. Responsible for providing MIS reports to internal & external customers to establish accuracy, continuity and availability of information.
- Master creation & maintenance in systems and follow up with internal & external department Provide critical inputs for improving business levers (for e.g. sales support tools required by line team, etc.).
- Work with functions to define risk mitigation and action plans to resolve process. Proactive identification of projects with relevance to company Goals for the year.
- Drive and Participate in special projects initiated by business and Coordinate with various functional role holders for driving new initiatives for process improvements.
- Analyze problems and discover the best ways to solve them Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Allocate resources effectively to reach organizational goals.

**SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**:
Skill - Excellent knowledge of Accounts with 2 - 3 years of experience.

Excellent Data Analytics capabilities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**EXPERIENCE**:
At least 02-03 years of experience in client’s management, coordination and team handling.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
