Position - Production Weld Shop

Experience - 8-10 yrs.

Education - DME / BE

Location - Hosur, Karnataka.

Responsibilities
- 1. Should be well versed in fabrication of Spot welding & Mig welding that too robotic & automated setups.

2. He should be able to handle number of manpower, independently as a department. In charge & Production planning as well as manpower planning.

3. Should knowledge of Tubular welding sub-assemblies & exhaust system.

4. Managing the resources to give Productivity, Quality & Delivery.

5. Operating and programming knowledge of welding robots.

6. Trouble shooting during Production Activities.

7. To maintain raw material as well as in-process inventories details.

8. Responsible for reducing in process rejection.

9. To develop and improve welding sequences to reduce cycle time as well as welding distortions.

10. To prepare production plan and act accordingly to best utilize the available resources to achieve targets.11. Verify all Check Sheets & production Records at daily basis.
