**Job Title**: Sharepoint Support Engineer

**Location**: Noida 63, India

**Salary**: 25k - 40k per month

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Provide L1-L2 Technical Support**: Handle user queries and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft tools and SharePoint.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when needed.
- **SharePoint Support**: Provide in-depth troubleshooting, permissions management, sync issues and maintenance of SharePoint sites.
- **Incident Management**: Log, prioritize, and track issues through the ticketing system, ensuring SLAs are met.
- **End-User Training**: Assist end-users with tips and guidance on best practices to use Microsoft tools and SharePoint effectively.
- **System Maintenance**: Perform routine system updates and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain detailed documentation of support procedures and issue resolutions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in L1-L2 support roles.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Analytical thinking with the ability to resolve technical issues independently.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- **Certifications (preferred)**: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Associate, or similar.

**Job Timing (US Timezone)**
