**Job description**

Content Writer
- Handling multiple coursework projects at a time.
- Exposure to work with scriptwriting and subtitle management
- Keen interest in the art and culture space of India.
- Eye for detailed research on artform and its history.
- Handling a team of freelance translators and writers.
- Flexible in travelling to different locations with the production team.
- Comfortable working in a process-driven environment involving documentation.

**Content Writer Responsibilities**:

- Creating engaging and detailed scripts for the coursework which includes art courses and pre-recorded workshops.
- Structuring the entire coursework videos along with the production team.
- Incorporating the tone, voice and style of the brand and consistently mapping them across materials.
- Managing a team of existing freelance writers and translators, looking after their payments, and escalation process.
- Research and analyse the research material created and strategize the brand’s coursework content accordingly.
- Have a detailed understanding and study of ongoing trends in the Ed-tech industry and content marketing.
- Suggest and ideate innovative ways of marketing the brands’ services through content.
- Collaborate with the creative team and production team for better output.

**Content Writer Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in core content writing. Min 2 years of experience in either ed-tech or art and artist’s space.
- Graduate. Bachelor/Masters in Fine Arts, an advantage.
- Scripting experience in documentary or educational purposes.
- Creative thinker
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
