**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Store Keeper at Shri Anandhaas Restaurant is responsible for managing the inventory of raw materials, packaging supplies, and other essentials. The role ensures accurate stock levels, timely material availability, and systematic storage to support uninterrupted kitchen operations and overall restaurant performance.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Stock Maintenance & Management**
- Maintain accurate records of daily stock inwards and outwards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Prevent wastage, spoilage, and pilferage through proper handling and storage practices.

**Raw Material Handling**
- Receive, inspect, and verify the quality and quantity of raw materials and supplies.
- Ensure proper storage of perishable and non-perishable items as per food safety standards.
- Rotate stock based on FIFO (First In, First Out) method.

**Inventory Record Keeping**
- Maintain computerized and manual inventory records (using software or ledgers).
- Generate and submit daily/weekly/monthly stock reports to management.
- Tag and label items appropriately for identification and traceability.

**Coordination & Communication**
- Coordinate with the kitchen, purchase, and accounts teams for inventory-related requirements.
- Liaise with vendors/suppliers during material receipt and return processes.

**Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and pest-free.
- Adhere to FSSAI, food safety, and hygiene standards in storage areas.
- Ensure proper temperature and shelf-life monitoring for sensitive items.

**Material Forecasting & Planning**
- Help forecast material needs based on usage patterns and menu demands.
- Assist in reducing inventory holding costs through efficient stock rotation.
- Qualifications & Skills Required: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in the food & hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with restaurant supply chain and vendor coordination.
- Good organizational, numerical, and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Inventory software, etc.).
