**Junior CCTV Technician**

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year
**Educational Qualification**: Diploma or Graduate in Electrical Engineering / CCTV Course

**Location**: Kakkanad, Kochi

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CCTV Installation and Setup**:

- Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and other surveillance equipment at client locations.
- Ensure proper wiring, camera alignment, and system setup for optimal performance.
- **System Maintenance**:

- Perform regular maintenance checks on CCTV systems to ensure functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair any technical issues related to CCTV equipment, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- **System Testing**:

- Test CCTV systems after installation to ensure they are operating correctly.
- Configure and adjust camera settings for clarity and coverage.
- **Client Support**:

- Provide on-site and remote support to clients for troubleshooting and resolving CCTV-related issues.
- Assist clients in using CCTV systems and offer technical support when required.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of installation and service requests.
- Provide reports on the performance of CCTV systems to senior technicians or management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Graduate in Electrical Engineering or a relevant CCTV course.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of CCTV systems, cameras, and DVR/NVR devices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting CCTV systems and resolving technical issues.
- Basic knowledge of networking and IP camera setups is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
