Job Description
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and implementing changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. You will be working with a team of marketing professionals to improve website ranking, drive traffic, and increase brand awareness through organic search. You should have a solid understanding of how search engines operate, be able to analyze website traffic and have a passion for digital marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to determine the best keywords to target for SEO
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve search engine ranking
- Run adds on social media platforms
- Optimize website content, including landing pages and blog posts, to improve search engine ranking
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that could impact website performance
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms to ensure SEO strategies remain effective
- Provide regular reports and updates on SEO performance to internal stakeholders and clients
- Identify opportunities to improve website usability and user experience to drive conversions and increase customer engagement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Google Analytics certification and/or other relevant certifications are a plus

**Salary**: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
