What You Will Do
- Document as-is and to-be processes in finance and controlling.
- Analysis, design and transfer of business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Major contribution in architecting solutions.
- Expert customizing experience in AA, Project Systems, AR, AP, GL and CO.
- Expert customizing experience in SAP CO sub-modules Overhead Management (Cost Centers, Cost Element & Internal Order) Product Costing (including ML) & CO-PA and Project Systems.
- Expert knowledge in Product Costing - Inventory management for Manufacturing & Service, MTO, MTS, Production order and Product Collector and month end closing activities.
- Expert knowledge in Cost Center, activity type and CO-PA planning, budgeting and allocations cycles
- Development of training material, configuration and process documentations and organization of training courses
- Preparing system documentation.
- Ability to review ABAP coding to identify any issues.
- Improvement and maintenance of systems to include rollout and upgrades.
- Review project requests describing user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project.
- Work as part of a project team to coordinate development and determine project scope and limitations.
- Conducts detailed analysis sessions with end users and business SMEs.
- Defines functional business requirements.
- Suggests options and recommendation solutions to key business users.
- Prepare cut-over activities for go-lives.

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computers, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 10 years total experience in configuring SAP FICO.
- 3 global implementations experience in COPA configuration
- Must have these technical skills: SAP FICO and all sub-modules within (ie. AA, CC, PS, etc.) in New G/L environment.
- Must have these technical skills SAP Controlling all sub modules (CCA, CEA,IO,CO-PC & CO-PA)
- Must have strong knowledge on Product costing with Material ledger & Actual Costing with Multiple Valuations & Transfer Prices, Inventory management for Manufacturing & Services
- Experience in Overhead cost sheets, WIP, Variance analysis & Settlement rules and CO month end close activities.
- Expert knowledge in CO integration and data flow from other modules
- Working knowledge on Product costing and COPA enhancement / technical areas
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects.
- A global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
- Proven ability to manage key stakeholder interests, simultaneously managing conflicting priorities and business interests.
- Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing, strategic projects as well as Application Development projects.
- Experience with outsourcing, contracts, and in managing virtual teams.
- Fluent English speaking
- Good understanding of ASAP methodology.
