Emergency Medical Technician**
**Designation: Trainee EMT**
**Shift: 12hours Rotational shift**
**Location: Andheri**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) to join our team. As an AEMT, you will provide advanced pre-hospital care in emergency situations, bridging the gap between basic EMTs and paramedics. Assessing patient conditions, administering advanced treatments, and ensuring safe transport to medical facilities. Your expertise and quick decision-making will play a vital role in saving lives and delivering high-quality patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond swiftly to emergency calls and assess patients' medical conditions.
- Provide advanced life support (ALS), including IV therapy, advanced airway management, and medication administration within the scope of practice.
- Monitor and manage patients with complex medical or trauma conditions.
- Safely transport patients to healthcare facilities while monitoring and maintaining their stability.
- Document all patient care, treatments, and observations accurately in compliance with protocols and legal requirements.
- Maintain, inspect, and restock medical equipment and supplies, ensuring readiness for emergencies.
- Operate emergency vehicles safely and in accordance with state and local regulations (if required).
- Collaborate with paramedics, EMTs, firefighters, police, and hospital personnel to deliver seamless care.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional medical or technical training is a plus.
- Current Advanced EMT certification (state and/or national).
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Knowledge of advanced pre-hospital care protocols, medical terminology, and emergency procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care in stressful situations.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting/carrying patients or equipment.
- Ability to operate emergency vehicles safely (if required).
- Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.

**Preferred Skills and Attributes**:

- Experience in pre-hospital emergency care or a related medical field.
- Familiarity with local geography and efficient navigation skills.
