True Fit Gourmet Cafe is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of high-quality coffee beverages and other menu items in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. Your exceptional customer service skills and passion for coffee will contribute to creating a memorable experience for our patrons.

**Responsibilities**:
Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and drip coffee, while ensuring consistent quality and presentation.

Menu Expertise: Have an in-depth knowledge of the cafe's menu offerings, including coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as pastries and snacks. Be able to assist customers in selecting items that suit their preferences.

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues in a friendly and professional manner.

Efficiency: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines, equipment, and serving areas. Efficiently manage the preparation and delivery of orders during busy periods.

Quality Control: Uphold the cafe's quality standards by consistently producing well-crafted beverages, following recipes, and paying attention to details such as milk frothing and presentation.

Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments through POS systems, and provide customers with correct change.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including kitchen staff and servers, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.

Upselling: Suggest add-ons, special offerings, and merchandise to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.

Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintain cleanliness standards, and follow proper hygiene practices while handling food and beverages.

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with coffee trends, brewing techniques, and industry developments to enhance your skills and share knowledge with colleagues.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.

Proficiency in making a variety of coffee beverages and using coffee equipment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
