Tele Counceller

**Job Description: Telecounsellor - Domestic**

**Location**: Sector 18, Gurgaon

**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Salary**:₹16,000 - ₹21,000 per month

**Preferred Gender**: Male/Female

**Qualification**: Minimum 12th Pass

**Experience**:

- **Fresher**: Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate leads through outbound calls, working towards meeting daily and monthly targets.
- **Telecalling**: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services, answer inquiries, and provide information about the offerings.
- **Counselling**: Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them towards suitable products or services. Address any concerns or questions they may have.
- **Customer Interaction**: Build rapport with customers over the phone, maintain a positive and professional attitude, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Data Management**: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
- **Follow-ups**: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential leads to convert them into customers.
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and lead generation targets.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Minimum qualification of 12th pass.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- **Customer Focus**: A customer-centric approach with the ability to handle customer queries and concerns effectively.
- **Persistence**: A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
- **Experience**: Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. Prior experience in BPO outbound processes or telecalling is an advantage.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with CRM systems.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
