Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle SAP IBP implementations/Rollout/Support(DP, SNOP, IO, OBP, SNOP)
- Integrate SAP IBP with ECC/S4HANA and CI/RTI for seamless data flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders globally
- Up-to-date product knowledge of SAP IBP and awareness of its future roadmap
- Develop assets, accelerators, and best practices for IBP delivery
- Lead the continues improvement (CI) process and AMS team with partners

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP
- Strong knowledge of SCOR model and supply chain processes
- Experience in Life science or Biotechnology companies
- SAP Certification in IBP is preferred

Technical Skills:
SAP IBP - Demand Planning, IO, SNOP, Control Tower, RTI and OBP

S4/ECC/APO/ Basic of PP, GATP, PPDS, ePPDS and CIF
- SAP IBP - OBP implementation experience is must for this role.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to work independently with a self-starter mindset
- Positive attitude and adaptability in dynamic environments
