Responsibilities:

- Supporting customers on phone and written correspondence regarding technical questions (break-fix and advisory in nature) and issues related to Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Master Data Services (MDS) & Data Quality Services (DQS).
- Scoping and documenting customer scenarios, potential causes and troubleshooting steps.
- Analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs; may involve writing code.
- Actively share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions.
- Pro-actively work towards self development and sharing knowledge.
- Ensuring compliance with schedules; processes and MS policies and values.

Qualification,
- Technical skills and Experience:Degree in CS, or equivalent in work experienceHands-on experience in reading and interpreting source code to resolve customer issues
- Experience with basic debuggingExperience in software developmentMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience working on Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) which covers development, deployment, administration & management of SSIS packages.
- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory v2- SSIS Integration Runtime.
- Knowledge and experience on Microsoft Master Data Services (MDS) & Data Quality Services (DQS).
- Experience in writing T-SQL scripts.
- Knowledge of latest versions of Microsoft® SQL Server.
- Good understanding of.Net concept and how it works.
- Experience with one or more of the following languages or technologies: VB.Net, C#.Net etc.

Location : Bang/Hyd

Work mode : Hybrid

Shifts : 9 am to 10 pm

NP : Immediate to 15 Days

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
