Qualification:
B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.Com with specialization in Computer Science

**Requirements**:

- Literary knowledge in English and Hindi
- Working level proficiency in MS office ( excel, word, PowerPoint)
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute

**1. Data Entry & Administrative Support**
- Enter and maintain data for generating forms related to administrative and material management operations.
- Record attendance and maintain related records for casual employees.
- Assist in operations on the **Procurement Portal**, including documentation and compliance.

**2. Accounts and Billing Support**
- Process and generate various bills both online (GeM Portal) and offline (to PCDA (R&D)).
- Maintain financial documentation and related ledgers in accordance with organizational procedures.

**3. Office Work & Typing**
- Draft and type official letters, notes, and sanctions as directed.
- Operate the **E-office system** and manage document workflows.
- Handle office equipment for copying, scanning, faxing, and filing.

**4. General Administrative Duties**
- Maintain store records, registers, and track stock entries.
- Organize and manage physical and digital filing systems.
- Retrieve documents and materials as required by officials.

**5. Project and Technical Task Coordination**
- Maintain detailed records of consumable and non-consumable inventory.
- Update ledgers for material inflow/outflow and support bill processing.
- Record meeting minutes and assist in technical quality checks and compliance documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
