**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- To work as Seller Onboarding Specialist to onboard sellers from end to end by helping them clarifying their questions and resolving all integration issues.
- Plan and meet the weekly target to onboard sellers.
- Understand business flows, tools, trouble shoot and support seller issues using tools.
- Highlight issues, share progress and status reports to client managers / Leads and involve right team for issue resolution as required.
- Ongoing management of seller issues, queries throughout the integration journey
- To run the launch checklist against the sellers’ account to make sure they are complete before they can be launched - this includes validating seller profile, orders, items, inventory, price etc.
- To submit test orders for the sellers as required or requested
- To be conversant with client’s features and its limitations
- To be very much aware of the knowledge base and canned answers to help sellers during the onboarding journey with the right and to-the-point answers
- To be able to reproduce issues that sellers are facing by using internal tools to upload Items, update inventory etc. mostly in stage environment or sometimes in production environment
- To gather and report sellers’ review and feedback
- To gather knowledge of the internal tools and products so as to support on the onboarding process
- To track and resolve cases raised by sellers during the onboarding process until handing over to the operations team
- To provide support over phone to sellers reaching out for help

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
