**Location: KOSAMBA (SURAT-40KMS / ANKLESHWAR-25KMS)**

**Experience of 10 to 12 years in sheet metal press tool maintenance and new tool designing and development.**

**Qualification DME/ BE mechanical.**

**Tool Designer Job Description.**
- Should have knowledge to make new Tool design and strip layout
- Knowledge off all types press tools new tool development and maintenance.
- Responsible to maintain the dies assigned to him.
- Trouble shooting of dies during production support of the plant automated production line like progressive and stage tools.
- Knowledge of tool trials out and proved the components.
- Knowledge & hands on of conventional m/c like milling, drilling, surface grinder and lathe machine.
- Knowledge of welding related to press tools.
- Knowledge of kaizan, 5s and Poke Yoke.
- Performs scheduled preventive maintenance on all tooling and files out the PM sheet.
- Knowledge of modification dies and tools confirm to engineering changes.
- Knowledge of Wire cut / VMC machine operating and programming.
- Knowledge of software like Auto cad, Solid work and master cam.
- Knowledge about the bill of material management and Documentation.
- Good communication and presentation skill.
- Able to read Design, Mfg. process and planning for Tool Room with GD & T -Knowledge Tool correction and upgradation.
