Role brief

We are looking for an experienced and talented Scrum Master to join our Team. As our Scrum Master, you will be working with a team of highly skilled and experienced engineers to deliver a high-quality product.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a firm grasp of agile practices and the ability to effectively manage and mentor development teams. You will need excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Plan and organize demos and product/system testing
- Work with product managers to handle backlogs and new requests
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum

team and help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy

working on it.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner

(CSPO) preferred
- Working knowledge of agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous

Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Critical thinker with Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Experience working with management tools like Jira, MS Project, MS Planner is desirable
- Prior experience of working with data/analytics/AI products is desirable

**Salary**: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
