**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive classroom and online sessions on **Accounting, Finance, and SAP ERP modules**.
- Teach core topics**:Fundamentals of Accounting, Tally ERP, GST, Financial Reporting, Cost Accounting, and SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc. as per specialization)**.
- Design curriculum, lesson plans, assignments, and real-world case studies.
- Provide hands-on training with **SAP ERP software** and practical accounting tools.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and practical tasks.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in **Accounting standards, taxation, and SAP ERP updates**.
- Mentor students on career paths, certifications, and placement preparation.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure high-quality teaching delivery.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in **Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field**.
- Professional certifications in **SAP (FI/CO or relevant modules), Tally, or Accounting** preferred.
- Strong knowledge of **Accounting principles, Taxation, and Financial Management**.
- Hands-on expertise in **SAP ERP and Tally software**.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Prior teaching/training experience will be an added advantage.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Knowledge of **Advanced Excel, MIS Reporting, and ERP systems**.
- Exposure to **international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP)**.
- Experience in corporate finance or industry projects.
