The Packaging Associate will be responsible for assisting in the packaging of lubricants (engine oil, industrial oil, greases, etc.), ensuring all products are filled, labeled, and packed as per quality and safety standards. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow safety and operational protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate packaging machinery for filling bottles, cans, drums, and containers with lubricants
- Monitor the filling process to ensure correct volume and product quality
- Perform labeling, sealing, and secondary packing (carton boxing, shrink wrapping, etc.)
- Ensure cleanliness of work area and packaging equipment
- Conduct visual inspections of packed products to detect leaks, labeling errors, or other issues
- Maintain accurate packaging records (batch number, quantity, etc.)
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE
- Coordinate with Quality Control for sample approvals
- Report any equipment malfunctions or material shortages to the supervisor
- Assist in loading/unloading materials and finished goods if required

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Basic understanding of packaging operations
- Knowledge of safety procedures in chemical or lubricant handling
- Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift containers
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic record-keeping and number handling

**Preferred Background**:

- Prior experience in lubricants, chemicals or related industries
- Familiarity with liquid filling machines, capping, and labeling equipment

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
