**Job summary**

Resident engineer to support on all Cisco related issues in R & S SDWAN SDA & Security
- Must have:

- Subject Matter Expert on UCCE -Cisco

Strong Knowledge and hands on experience on UCCE Products technology and solutions ( Cisco Contact center )

Should have Good Verbal & Written communication skill able to interact with various business Team on solutions and requirement gathering.

Experience on handling US /Global customers in design & implementation

Experience on Reco

**Responsibilities**

Experience on Recording Infra like Nice Verint etc. is desirable

Should demonstrate good customer relation management & project management skills

Knowledge and troubleshooting skills on data network where voice is traversed.
- Good to Have:

- Knowledge & Experience on Cisco products

Experience on contact center Automation projects(virtual agents Bots etc. )

Knowledge on ASR /TTS platforms like Nuance

Knowledge Cloud contact center platforms like Amazon Connect Genesys etc. solution will be an are added advantage
