**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Back Office Executive** to join our team in the Physical to Demat Shares Department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, and facilitating the conversion of physical share certificates to demat format.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and verify documentation for physical to demat share conversion.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary documentation.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks.
- Provide support for related back-office operations as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1-2 years of experience in documentation or back-office operations.
- Prior experience in dematerialisation of shares will be a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Day shift
