We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Stewarding/Utility Cleaner. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment by performing various cleaning and support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen Cleaning:

- Clean and sanitize kitchen work surfaces, floors, walls, and equipment
- Operate and maintain industrial dishwashing machines for cleaning dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- Manually wash and scrub heavily soiled cookware, equipment, and other kitchen items
- Ensure proper disposal of food waste and recycling of materials
- Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning chemicals and materials

Dish Room Maintenance:

- Sort, stack, and transport clean dishes, glassware, and flatware to designated storage areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dish rooms, dish racks, and storage areas
- Assist with receiving and putting away clean dish and glassware deliveries

General Support:

- Transport food items, equipment, and supplies to and from designated areas as needed
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling, cutting, or cleaning vegetables and fruits
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from kitchen and dining areas
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as cleaning ovens, grease traps, and exhaust systems

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
