**The Subject Matter Expert - Serialisation**

**Salary: Max 6LPA**

**Location : Hyderabad**

**NP: 15 to 20 Days**

**Job Description**:
1. This role is for a person in the trenches to support the Serialisation process.

2. Consulting across business operations, providing mentorship, and contributing specialized knowledge.

3. Act as the “go to” person within a department or function for questions and

problems within his/her area of expertise

4. Understand the language/terms/jargon in his/her area of expertise

5. Significant experience in Supply Chain Visibility, Track and Trace and Compliance Solutions.

6. Business and serialisation solution SME support including interaction with other GSK Shared Service and customer support groups Ability to communicate with transparency

7. To develop serialisation process and data capabilities to support the business needs in addressing any incidents/problems that arise during BAU operations, and fulfilling any data requests received.

8. Transition and support new or changed Serialisation service scope as Serialisation continues to deploy and evolve globally.

9. Makes quality decisions with limited supervision

10. Communicates with transparency and active listening

11. Previous experience with Serialisation and/or pharma packaging a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the team and SME in accomplishing the following:
1. Provide L2-3 support service for the end to end serialisation processes and sub-processes with focus on the business process and data elements. This includes incident triage and prioritization of activities for incident resolution.

2. Work with in-market teams at the site, quality, logistics, warehousing and customer queries level to ensure supply continuity, incident management and resolution related to serialisation.

3. Assist in coordination of the service relating to serialisation and related data management, including master data creation & maintenance and data quality standards.

4. Provide input into and execute user documentation and training material Troubleshoot all issues regarding Serialisation

5. Develop online assessment tests for measuring the training needs and supporting the decision making of the Analyst to move into production.

6. Use a calendar to track deliverable dates, deadlines, and reminders

7. Keep detailed records of Training activities.

8. Work within service performance management targets and KPIs that ensure the support service team is measured on ability to address and resolve supply chain issues effectively.

9. Role must establish and maintain a strong network across Subject Matter Experts across all parts of Supply Chain and GSK

Qualification

1. Education - Should be a graduate in any stream etc.

2. Knowledge of SAP- ERP systems is welcome advantage

3. Logistics and supply chain knowledge is added advantage

4. Pharma supply chain knowledge

5. Previous experience with serialisation and/or pharma packaging a plus.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
