**About the Role**:

- Responsible for supporting the development and construction of processes for the Finance Automation organization within CBRE. Combines experience and a critical eye to review and analyze existing processes. Uses an innovative approach to document new processes and to problem solve through existing process challenges, such as bottle-necks. Works with other Architects and Managers as a team, while working with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and to understand the current state. Plays a critical role in gathering data, understanding process sequences, all pertinent documentation, interactions, and roles within any given process or set of sub-processes**What You’ll Do**:

- Determines the process sequences and interactions of existing processes by working with internal stakeholders/process users to gather requirements to understand the current-state. Maps out current processes, documents procedures/protocols, process flows, approver levels, decision points, and all relevant information. Identifies bottle-necks, pain points, and areas of improvement.
- Assists in evaluating and proposing process improvements (Waste elimination, Automation, RPA, Centralization near/offshore).
- Supports Sr Architect and Managers in discussions with primary stakeholders/leaders to document and memorialize context and decisions.
- Independently conducts follow-up and more in-depth discussions with secondary stakeholders/process users.
- Documents and memorializes process conversations with internal stakeholders to a high-level of detail.
- Works with the technical writers to provide detailed descriptions of processes ensuring all necessary changes and updates are captured.
- Communicates process changes to the process users.
- Performs other duties as assigned

**What You'll Need**:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Finance, IT, or a related field of study with a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
- Requires strong knowledge of financial terms, concepts and accounting principles and the ability to comprehend and interpret complex financial transactions.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex financial information and transactions and accounting principles. Ability to problem-solve, both independently and working as a team. Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Power BI, Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Visio, RPA (Desired)
