**Job Title: Finance Intern**

**Salary: INR 10,000 - 12,000**

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Investment Management and Analysis**
- **Objective**: Efficient handling, management, and analysis of capital market investments.
- **Key Activities**:

- Analyze market trends and investment opportunities.
- Develop and implement investment strategies.
- Monitor and report on investment performance.
- **Performance Indicators**:

- Accuracy and timeliness of investment reports.
- Growth in investment portfolio value.
- Compliance with investment policies and regulations.

2. **Reporting and Documentation**
- **Objective**: Create and maintain detailed and accurate reports.
- **Key Activities**:

- Prepare financial and investment reports in Excel.
- Compile data from various sources for comprehensive reports.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
- **Performance Indicators**:

- Quality and accuracy of reports.
- Timeliness in report submission.
- User satisfaction with report formats and data.
- **Key Activities**:

4. **Commission Structure Management**
- **Objective**: Update and manage the commission structure for universities.
- **Key Activities**:

- Review and update commission structures regularly.
- Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of commissions.
- **Performance Indicators**:

- Accuracy of commission calculations.
- Timeliness of updates and communication.
- Stakeholder satisfaction with commission processes.

5. **Bank Account Management**
- **Objective**: Efficient management and analysis of bank account statements.
- **Key Activities**:

- Review and reconcile bank statements.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports.
- **Performance Indicators**:

- Accuracy of reconciliations.
- Timeliness in resolving discrepancies.
- Quality of financial reports.

6. **Contract Management**
- **Objective**: Manage contracts with universities effectively.
- **Key Activities**:

- Draft, review, and update contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate contract records.
- **Performance Indicators**:

- Accuracy and completeness of contracts.
- Compliance with contract terms.
- Timeliness in contract renewals and updates.

7. **Trademark Management**
- **Objective**: Handle and track all trademark-related issues.
- **Key Activities**:

- Address and resolve trademark disputes.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all trademark-related activities.
- **Performance Indicators**:

- Timeliness in addressing trademark issues.
- Accuracy of trademark records.
- Successful resolution of trademark disputes.

8. **Calendar Management**
- **Objective**: Keep the Google Calendar up-to-date.
- **Key Activities**:

- Schedule and update meetings and appointments.
- Send calendar invites and reminders.
- Ensure no scheduling conflicts.
- **Performance Indicators**:

- Accuracy and timeliness of calendar updates.
- Reduction in scheduling conflicts.
- Stakeholder satisfaction with calendar management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
