**About Rio Moving**:
Rio Moving is a leading US-based logistics company specializing in reliable and efficient moving and transportation services. We provide customized solutions for both residential and commercial relocations. As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated Recruiter to help grow our team of independent contractor movers across the U.S.

**Shift**: US/Night Shift

**Job Location**: Centura Square IT Park, Thane West

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **End-to-End Recruitment**: Understand hiring needs and manage the full recruitment process for independent contractors.
- **Screening & Interviews**: Screen applicants for experience, physical capability, and reliability. Conduct video interviews to explain the role and expectations.
- **Background Checks & Onboarding**: Run background checks, process contracts, and tax forms, and handle all paperwork for new hires.
- **Database & Reporting**: Maintain an active database of contractors and track recruitment progress. Provide regular updates to management on hiring status.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Coordinate contractor availability and job schedules with the operations team to ensure coverage for all moving jobs.
- **Ongoing Support**: Provide continuous communication and support to contractors to ensure job satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of recruiting experience
- Confidence in speaking English clearly and professionally
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple hires across different locations
- Comfortable using recruiting tools and databases to track applicants and progress
- Goal-oriented mindset with a competitive edge and ability to achieve hiring targets

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
