We're Hiring Join Our Team as an Information Desk Assistant

Location: In-person

Working Hours: 6 Days, 10 hours (Mon-Sun, with 1 weekday off)

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a Female Information Desk Assistant to be the friendly face and voice for our visitors, devotees, and foreign guests. If you love helping people, providing exceptional service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, this role is for you

What You’ll Do:
Customer Service (60%)

Answer queries, provide temple service info, and offer guidance on activities & history

Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns to management

Offer directions, maps, and other resources

Administrative Tasks (30%)

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Handle mail, packages, and deliveries

Update signage and digital displays

Perform basic office tasks like photocopying & scanning

Operational Support (10%)

Report facility issues (maintenance, security, etc.)

Coordinate events, meetings, and other activities

Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

1-2 years of customer service experience

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite

Language Skills: Kannada and Hindi are mandatory

Nice to Have:
Experience in a similar role or industry

Knowledge of local area, attractions, and services

Certification in customer service or hospitality
