About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for an AEM Content Author to join our fast-growing Localization team. In this role you will contribute to the evolution of our website by your authoring, editing and publishing pages within our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments. This role requires excellent attention to detail and content authoring skills, quality assurance of authored content and the ability to work in a collaborative, deadline driven environment. Other responsibilities include, planning, documenting, and completing small-to-mid scale global digital projects alongside Senior Web Localization Manager.

What You’ll Do:
- Create and manage content within the AEM platform - using custom built components and templates to build, translate, test and launch pages.- Author web pages on Adobe Experience Manager by leveraging best practices for User Experience and optimal page layout while adhering to our Brand guidelines.- Evaluate stakeholder requests and provide details on key content, assets, template, designs etc needed for authoring.- Utilize reusable components, experience fragments and content fragments to enhance the efficiency of the authoring process.- Assist Localization Program Managers in supporting multiple stakeholders, managing translation jobs and with QA, UAT efforts.- Champion QA best practices to ensure that all changes made to the website are correct and well implemented.- Work in WordPress concurrently to publish localized pages prior to migration to AEM.- Ability to manage multiple concurrent web publishing projects.- Manage self-time and efforts efficiently to achieve best results in a scalable environment.- Be a change agent for continuous improvement that delivers robust performance. Effective at communicating ideas.- Provides proactive issue status updates to required parties.

What You’ll Need:
- 4+ years experience supporting/working with Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products.- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in the software testing or development field.- Experience working with AEM As a Cloud Service or Adobe Managed Services setup- Must have a good understanding of the blueprint-livecopy sites approach and prior experience working with MSM- Must have experience working with a TMS (preferably Smartling)- Bring experience in web content translation/localization processes and the management of global websites.- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with proven ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities.- Knowledge of Adobe Workfront, JIRA, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, digital ADA (Accessibility) compliance and web optimization (SEO).- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to accuracy and is deadline driven. Superb project management and organizational skills.- Good analytical & troubleshooting skills, strong communication skills
