- **Licenses and Certifications**:

- Unrestricted medical license to practice in the respective region.
- Advanced certifications such as BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) if applicable.
- **Experience**:

- Extensive training in ICU, Emergency Medicine, or equivalent settings through residency and/or fellowship programs.
