**What You’ll Be Creating**:

- Collaborate with our creative team to design **logos, branding assets, and print-ready materials** that tell compelling brand stories.
- Develop **brand guidelines** and cohesive visual identities that embody our clients’ missions and values.
- Craft **business cards, brochures, posters, packaging designs, and other print collateral** that stand out and leave lasting impressions.
- Produce concepts for **merchandise and promotional materials**, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics.
- Manage the **pre-press process** to ensure flawless execution of designs in print.
- Stay updated on **printing techniques** and technologies to ensure designs are optimized for production.
- Collaborate with clients to translate their ideas into visual masterpieces, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
- Contribute fresh, innovative ideas to brainstorming sessions and support the team with your design insights.

**What Makes You the Perfect Fit**:

- **2+ years of experience in graphic design** with a strong portfolio showcasing **branding and print design** projects.
- Expertise in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)—experience with tools like CorelDRAW is a plus.
- Proven skills in **logo design, typography, layout, and color theory**.
- Solid understanding of **printing techniques** (offset, digital, screen printing) and production processes.
- Ability to create **vector-based artwork** and scalable designs suitable for multiple mediums.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with team members and clients effectively.
- A keen eye for detail, with a focus on consistency and maintaining brand integrity.
- Experience with **branding projects**, including creating brand guidelines and full identity systems.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- A **Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field** is a bonus, but an outstanding portfolio speaks volumes.
