**Job Description: Customer Support - Inbound Voice Process Executive**

**Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh**

**Work Mode**:Work from Office

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Maximum Budget (Non-Negotiable)**: ₹18,000 CTC In hand - 14000

If selected, you must attend a WALK-IN interview in Bhopal.

Proficient/Excellent English and Confidence are required for the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle inbound voice calls from customers, providing high-quality support and resolving queries.

Maintain a professional and courteous tone during every customer interaction.

Meet daily and weekly targets related to calls handled and service quality.

Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions into the system.

Collaborate with team members to improve performance and contribute towards achieving overall team goals.

Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduates and undergraduates are eligible to apply.

Strong communication skills in English (and/or regional languages) are essential.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle a variety of customer inquiries.

Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus, but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
