Admissions Telecounselor

At **Digi Learn Academy**, we are passionate about empowering students and professionals with the latest skills in **Digital Marketing**. We’re on the lookout for a dynamic **Admission Counselor** who will be the first point of contact for our potential learners and play a key role in guiding them to the right career path through our programs.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Call and connect with incoming leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture interest and drive conversions.
- Counsel students and working professionals about various digital marketing courses.
- Maintain a strong conversion rate from inquiries to enrollments.
- Keep records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth operations.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets.

**Key Requirements**
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking to new people and building rapport.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and education counseling.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into enrollments.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
