Job Title: Sales Executive - Real Estate
Location: Pune West (Hinjewadi Phase 2)
Industry: Residential Real Estate
**Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years**
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Call and follow up with assigned leads provided by the company.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients.
- Maintain CRM and update lead status regularly.
- Assist with documentation and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Meet individual monthly sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Should be familiar with Pune West areas like Wakad, Baner, Hinjewadi, etc.
- Willing to travel locally for site visits.
- Should be based in Pune or ready to relocate.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
**Work Location**:
Office in Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
