**Job Title**: Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)
**Location**: Office of Delhi Development Authority (DDA), New Delhi
**Engagement Type**: Purely on Outsourced Basis
**Deploying Agency**: NITCON Limited

**Job Description / Nature of Duties**:
**a**. Physical maintenance and arrangement of records/files of the section/unit.
**b**. Delivery of _dak_ (official correspondence) outside the building and carrying of files, papers, and documents within the office premises.
**c**. Performing various non-clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, using computers, etc.
**d.** Assisting in routine office work such as diary entry, dispatch, and other clerical support including on computer systems.
**e.** Watch and ward duties such as opening and closing of office rooms and ensuring their security.
**f.**Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and general upkeep of the section/unit.
**g**. Driving official vehicles (if holding a valid driving license).
**h**. Maintenance and care of office parks, lawns, and potted plants.
**i**. Performing any other official duties assigned by the superior authority from time to time.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum Qualification**:10th Pass** from a recognized Board or University.

**Age Limit**:

- **Minimum Age**: 18 years
- **Maximum Age**: 45 years

**Other Requirements**:

- Must be physically fit to perform the duties assigned.
- Should have basic knowledge of office work and computer usage.

**Terms of Engagement**:

- The engagement will be **purely on an outsourced basis** through NITCON.
- The deployed personnel shall work under the supervision and directions of the concerned department of **Delhi Development Authority (DDA)**.
- This engagement does **not confer any right to regularization** or permanent employment in NITCON or DDA.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
