We are seeking a skilled ICU And Emergency Nurse to join our team at Avanta Healthcare Pvt Ltd. As an ICU And Emergency Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the intensive care unit and emergency department. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The junior level of experience required for this role is 1 to 3 years. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work in a team, critical thinking abilities, and a passion for patient safety, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications And Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license
- 1-3 years of experience in intensive care unit and emergency nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of patient safety principles
- Ability to assess and prioritize patient needs
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
- Familiarity with infection control protocols
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Ability to provide patient education and support

Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the intensive care unit and emergency department
- Assess and monitor patients, including vital signs, symptoms, and medical history
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Assist with medical procedures and emergency interventions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care
- Participate in continuous education and professional development

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
