**Management Responsibilities”**
- Assemble/package manufactured products in accordance with applicable procedures
- Performs all quality checks in accordance with applicable procedures
- Escalate quality and other production related issues to lead and line coordinators for redress as well as document tasks and complete DHR records per cGMP standard
- Responsible for stocking raw packaging materials for items to be packaged
- Understand and follow all work-related policies and seek clarification as necessary to enhance compliance

1. To ensure that first sample approval system is in place and effectively implemented in pouching section.

2. To inspect and test the finished material (Pouch) as per sampling plan and as per customer specification /requirement and release the material if this meets the customer specs/ requirement.

3. In case finished material does not conform to the specification/ requirement raise the QNCR and put the material on hold/ reject the material.

4. In case of hold material get the material rectified thorough rework process

5. Ensure that the rectified material meets the specification/ requirement and clear the ok material for packing operations

6. To ensure that the systems for avoiding mix up are maintained during the Pouching process..

7. To collect the QA/ Production data related to customer complaints.

8. Attend the customer complaint and to give the root cause analysis of complaints and ensure that the CAPA is implemented effectively in the process.

9. To ensure Area lines clearance system in Pouching section.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
