Provide direct patient care under the supervision of In-charge nurse for first 1 week.
- Assist with patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform routine nursing procedures and treatments as directed by supervising nurses or physicians
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients by following established protocols and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient information, treatments, and interventions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in educational opportunities and training programs to enhance nursing knowledge and skills
- Adhere to infection control measures and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Strong passion for nursing and a commitment to providing compassionate patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to nursing practice
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
